Amendment 41 Statement of Compliancy

Ensuring that we are fully knowledgeable, cognizant, and compliant with the
new law (constitutional amendment) of the land, you can rest assured that this
event is within the letter and spirit of Amendment 41. Not only is Beverly Jackson
a private Colorado citizen, she is not a lobbyist, has never been a lobbyist,
has no desire to be a lobbyist, and has never played a lobbyist on
TV or at the Capitol. Beverly is not a public employee of the
State of Colorado or any public or governmental entity therein.

To further ensure complete compliance, we have invited Jared Polis,
the alleged chief financier of Amendment 41, to serve as
‘chief compliance officer’ at this celebratory event.
